Description

The listing, ANGEL TRUMPET SEEDS has ended.

Offering 10 Angel Trumpet Seeds for your consideration. The thing is the color you get will be a mystery....LOL I got these seeds from my mother in law and she messed up and somehow mixed her seeds up. I posted pictures of every color of Angel Trumpet that she has so the winner of this auction will be getting 1 or more of these colors.

do they grow year round???

They die back in winter in warmer climates but they come back the following year. In colder climates it is my understanding that they have to be brought in during winter.

These are beautiful! I would love to grow these but we don't get much sunlight at my apartment, and if they're toxic I wouldn't like them around my cats. ):

Perhaps I'll still bid, I could grow them in my aunt's garden. (:

They have tryed to make them illegal in some states . But it was mainly for consumption rather than for your garden and it is mainly Datura stramonium. I think that is the white flower that is small and grows wild in most places . Doesnt look like the ones you have. But they are all poisonous if consumed .

OMG! If they eat enough of these it can kill them. What the heck is into kids now days? Now don't get me wrong, I am no prude and in my day I smoked a little herb but nothing that would kill you.

A few years ago, there was an attempt to make them illegal in LA. I don't know if that law passed. I haven't seen any recently in nurseries, or garden centers.LOL

absolutely gorgeous! Do you know what zones they grow in? I can do more research if you don't have the information available...

It is tropical and grows best in gardens in Zone 9-11, but it certainly can be used as a container plant and brought inside when cool in other zones.
