Lightweight Kong Stowaway rain jacket, size M. Has two velcro closures, one around the neck and one around the belly area. Has a zippered outer pouch and drawstring hood. Measures 16" from neck to tail. It folds up and stores in the zippered pocket on back.

It would fit my chunky chihuahuas, but I probably wouldn’t take them out in the rain. But they gotta go out to potty. They act like they’re going to melt in the rain.

My Jose is the same way,if I open the door and it's raining she refuses to go out.But when I put her hoodie on she will run out and right to her business and back to the house.She is a Australian Cattle Dog and extremely smart,I just told her one she could go out if she wore her coat and now she waits for me to put it on before she runs out in the rain. Sometimes I think she's too smart,lol.
