FREE: Fluorescent Orange Wide Head Band

This is for a wide bright orange hat headband combination. The colour is much brighter than my pictures. I just couldn't capture it. The elastic at the back is about 7.5" and stretches to 9" plus. The rest is 13". It can be worn as a headband look or opened up for a more hat look. When opened up the hat is about 12" wide.
