I’ve been a Listia member since 2016. I really love this platform and they’ve kept improving it over the years. The improved app on my new iPhone 8 has made it easier than ever to find great auctions and listings that I’m interested and bid on and sometimes I get blessed and win an item or two. Sometimes the sellers don’t communicate and I have to request a refund. I’ve always communicated with my buyers and don’t understand why the other sellers don’t communicate like I do. That’s not Listia’s fault it’s the individual at fault. My only suggestion is to do more identity verification on sellers especially so it will ensure a safer more effective platform. I’m leaving a five star rating because I have had mostly great customers and sellers on here that do follow the rules. Thank you so much and I hope my suggestion is heard. Have a great weekend! I love listia. It is where I come for all my crafting needs. It's a lot of fun especially if the bids are going your way. It is also a great way to share my love of reading.
