The fabric feels silky but I'm unsure the exact fabric. The crinkly/wrinkle look is part of the design of the shirt. The straps are adjustable. Sequins are located at the bottom and top and on the front only. There are side slits that fall at the hip.

I can't afford free shipping at this time, but when I can I will offer it. That being said I ship flat rate priority and that starts at $5.80 for the small box. If you win multiple items I will combine it all into one box so you have only one shipping price. I ship next day in most cases, AFTER I receive payment for shipping. If you win multiple items and they don't fit into the small flat rate box I will have to move up to the next size box.
