There's a ton of mini games where you have to jump, punch, dance, etc.. all while holding the wii remote. I think there are 200 microgames :-)

This was one of the 1st games I got with my Wii. So funny & fun. Not a multiplayer game but you can still share the challenges and what fun challenges they are lol had our group rolling with laughter. This is a good game for a beginner who isn't familiar with how the controller works or a novice who loves the silly side of the Wii games.
