Brand new-Never used tote/handbag. It measures approximately 21inches wide by 17 inches tall with an 8 inch drop for the handles. The color is a coppery red brown and the material feels like raffia. I do not know the exact material so that is my best guess. The inside or lining feels like a linen type material.

Perfect for the beach or anywhere!
