Hong Kong was LEASED in the 20th Century for 100 years from China.The lease ended in the year 2000.What world have you been living in? What a ridiculous thing to say. ALL or most countries use English as a Buisness Launguage and many people even from third world nations come here and ALREADY speak English.You must be 7 years old to say such a thing.
