This would be from Spain. 5 Euro Cents, 1999, XF condition... maybe worth a dollar at most. Right now, there are sixteen countries which are authorized to use Euros; Spain was one of the original 11 to convert to them. Others, like Vatican City, San Marino, and Andorra, have special "privileges" to mint limited collectible Euros.

Sorry, perhaps too much information. I like to elaborate on a coin. :) I have a set of 5 Euro Cents and they're nice together. Anyone who collects Euros will learn to appreciate the variety offered in Europe (not unlike the US getting all those State Quarter in their change.)
