This set is brand new with tags, it was just too small for my son. Size is Large, 10/12 boys. The pants have a drawstring and will stretch comfortably 2 - 3 more inches. The top stretches 2-3 inches or more as well. They are very soft and feel like a warm fleece blanket.

Chest - 20" so 40" around
Length - 22"

Bottom
Waist - 13" so 26" around
Length - 36"
Inseam - 26"
