This listing was actually won by me via Listia last week but unfortunately does not fit me well since I have gained weight. Hopefully someone else can make some good use of it since it is so cute!!!

I measure the garter instead:P and it is 28 inches around and has a little stretch to it.

When you measure your own waist remember to measure right above your hips because that is where the garter belt will sit, making your legs look longer.
