WORKS with At&t or Cingular. I do not know what towers it uses.
SIM slot works perfect.

******ONLY PROBLEM***** DOES NOT READ/ACKNOWLEDGE SD CARD WHEN INSERTED.

After testing the phone I found that the sd card issue is the only problem.

Phone is used and does show wear from normal use. Please refer to pictures for phone condition.
