Sure this package is not in mint condition, its dinged up and dusty but it is UNOPENED. You know the kid you give this to is going to rip it open in 2 seconds anyways. Toys were made to be played with.

Dinged up and dusty gives it character, my friend! LOL My son, at 9, is an avid collector....some he leaves MINT in package and some he opens to play with. Crazy how things come full circle!! :o) Btw, I'm watching and hopefully winning this one!
