n the picture you can see how it fits my maltese and she is on the heavy side but it still fits her well so maybe it will fit yours i wish i had a ruler i could measure it for you i will try to find it and give you exact measurements

my maltese is about 25lbs and shes pretty long and as you can see in the pics it fits her its a lil snug near her neck but fits closely on the rest of her body

It's deff. Going to be to small for my dog. He's about 30 pounds and if its snug on her then it will b way to tight for my little guy. Looking for a higher bidder.
