The listing, Loew Cornell 40 Large Oil Pastel Set "NEW" has ended.

You are bidding a new set of large oil pastels 30 pack. This is new. See the third photo, they are sealed in plastic.

I prefer paypal (kathyskreations@att.net), but will also accept money orders and hidden cash (not recommended). Sorry no personal checks.

Please do not ask for free shipping. I cannot afford it at this time. Please note if you cannot pay the shipping fee, do not bid. this is not free shipping.

If i do not receive your shipping address and payment for shipping within 7 days of the end of the auction, I will relist the item and keep the credits, unless other arrangements have been made with me. Also I will block you from bidding on any of my future auctions.

Does hidden cash mean that I can send you the money first then you send me the pastels because I do not have a card right now.

It means that if you don't want to pay for the shipping fee via paypal or by a money order that you can send money. Once the shipping fee is received, I will ship the item to you. Hope that helps.
