This is an original technique I developed for making Chrismas gifts from the tons of yarn I had accumulated through the years. I made them as seat cushions, bath mats, cat beds, and back-saver rugs to put in front of the kitchen sink. They were a huge hit.This auction is for an instruction sheet with pictures for knitting these mats, delivered as an email attachment, plus a link to a video showing the finishing technique.
The technique is very simple, but time consuming. It takes me about 10 hours to make one. The end result is very spongy and sturdy. Throw them in the washer and dryer as needed.
