I buy these in bulk from a lady on ebay so its probably the same lady.
She makes awesome custom designs too.

The first picture is from one of her auctions.
The second picture is of real life item.
Its adorable.

I buy a ton and give away at my children's parties (I am a children's Party entertainer), or auction some extra's like this one.
