i do not do tracking. i am severely disabled and getting to the post office is a major effort for me. so far, all people have been honest about receiving their items. if this changes not only will the shipping become only once per week but the costs will go up.

please, please. unless you want to buy 10 of them do not ask me to customize them with a name, they are a lot of work! and i print them on sheets of 10. doing less is not economical for me in time or costs.

i am not perfect. i make these myself. i design, print and laminate them..
