Is it usable for cooking or is it just decorative? Is it copper?

I believe it is just decorative and it looks copper to me but I am just not sure....

It was given to us by my mother in law. She has a large collection of unique items. They are downsizing to move so we have been receiving boxes of stuff from them and these are some of the items. If you can find information on them about their time period I would appreciate the info :)

you can use it to cook with, i bet it came from mexico. i have a large five piece set that is copper similar to this. copper is almost like teflon. but healthier. its ind of thin, so you use a lower heat, but omelets and crepes and delicate items do wel in copper. nice piece!
