thanks for your agreement. I won these on a different listia posting. It was very misleading and what I got in the mail was not what I expected. there are people out there that like this sort of thing so I figured I would try and get at least some of my credits back. I was not expecting this auction to go over 1k and my nice engagement ring auction only went for a few credits. Im surprised these are going for so mich more than my better one.

I believe I mentioned that everything about them was unknown. therefore there are no stamps telling me anything. the only markings are lots of scratches, dings, and *****.

I agree, that happened to me. I was quite new at this. I had a necklace that was marked 14kt. gold. I auctioned it as that. The person said that they had it checked and said it wasn't solid gold. I didn't offer it as solid gold in the first place, but they wanted their credits back. I gave their credits back, but never received the necklace back. I put in a complaint to Listia and got my credits back. It made me feel really bad because they said that I was a fraud. That was such a lie. I take Listia very seriously and I feel as you do, I would never want to cheat anyone. You are a great Listian.
