the battery life it pretty good to be a smart phone. I use to have a HTC vivid and I had to charge that about twice a day since I was a heavy data user and then I got with Verizon , got this phone and once full charge lasted me through out the whole day and still had some power left at night.

yes. there is no scratches dents or scuffs anywhere on the phone. looks like it was just taken out of the box. I took very good care of it.
