The listing, CRESENT MOON, with offset crystal stone, handmade porcelain pendant has ended.

This is where handmade really is handmade. All of my pendants start out as a wet lump of porcelain clay, I form the piece with my hands and with the aid of 185 different clay tools, I create my pieces. They are then dried, fired, underglazed and fired again to 2160 degrees F.

All of my pendants come complete with an adjustable length cord And each piece is hand signed & dated on the back.

Wow your work is amazing! I have recently got into the art of pottery and ceramics and I can only imagine the time and effort put into these! WOW! This is so beautiful! I wish that I knew how to make sure beautiful creations! How did you learn how to make your pendants?? Is there a type of class that I could take to learn this technique? THANKS!

I've been working in clay for about 41 years and the pieces that I do have evolved over literally thousands of hours spent working in my studio. I only know of one other person who does similar work and he lives in England now. You could start by taking a Studio Arts, Ceramics course at a college near you. :-)

I do not do custom orders as I cannot keep up with what I do now and new pieces take more time to do, not worth it.
