The listing, Japanese calligraphy painting set has ended.

So, I have never used this before so it is semi brand new.
I loved it when I bought it, however I still have no idea how to use it. The small bowl in the first picture is broken, and I decided I wanted to glue it together & keep it. So, this will not include the tiny bowl with it. It has red paint in a dish, and i included a picture of it open

Whoever ends up buying this, please please please send me a picture on what you ended up doing with it, whether you painted a picture or just wrote something. I want to see what it looks like as I have never used it!

I do believe this is to write in fancy letters like in most movies they write in Calligraphy with Dip pens an feather pens. It's also used to write in Japanese making Haiku, an more. Most use it to paint pictures an write the Japanese Hiragana an Katkana( the other escape me at the moment) .

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's for that, I just couldn't figure out how to use all the fancy tools! Brushes were kinda self explanatory, but the other tools that came with it go over my head! Oh! Also too, there is more ink I bought for it! It will come with this package, hopefully it's not too late to update the auction! I'm gonna go look now!

The crazy blue & white thing is to hold the brush when it has ink on it. The brownish long thing is to rest your wrist on while you use brush.

I belive the black bowl is for water , and the small black thing with writing on it is like a name plate.
