I'll create the perfect sparkling Hugs and Kisses stretch Love Collar (or bracelet) for your sweet kitty (or your wrist) in your choice of Pink, Clear Aurora Borealis, or combo of both colors. These are made from metal bracelet components studded with Genuine Swarovski Crystals (best crystal in the world), and strung on very strong jeweler's elastic.

I would never consider putting any NON-stretch collar around a cat's neck because they do a lot of jumping and could get caught, hang themselves! If it stretches, they can easily get free!

To get the perfect measurement, use a flexible seamstress tape or... cut a long 1/2" wide strip of paper, wrap it around your kitty's neck (not too tight), and put a mark on both the end as well as where it crosses itself. Then lay out the marked length beside a ruler to get the inches needed. Let me know if you are 'rounding up' to the nearest inch so I will know if I need to add a little breathing room.

I warranty all jewelry I create for a full year (even for pets)! This includes broken elastic and loss of crystal!
