1973 Skylab Prime Recovery Ship (USS Ticonderoga) Space Cover in 4-page Presentation Folder (not official).
Skylab was launched on 14 May 1973. It re-entered the atmosphere on 11 July 1979. Skylab was 86.3 feet long. Skylab was in space for 2249 days; it was occupied by 3 separate US astronaut teams for 171 days.
The first manned crew (Skylab 1) was launched on 25 May 1973 and was recovered on 22 June 1973 by the USS Ticonderoga (CVS-14).
Featured in the folder is a photo of the official NASA Skylab I patch on page 1.
A NASA photo of the Prime Recovery Ship USS Ticonderoga is printed on page 2.
The rare Skylab 1 Prime Recovery Ship Cover is mounted on page 3. Note that the official Morris Beck cachet says Skylab II because the launch of the Skylab space station is considered to be Skylab 1
The official NASA photo of the Skylab 1 (1st manned crew) crew (Conrad, Kerwin & Weitz) is printed on page 4.
The photos are actually printed on the card-stock folder.

No, I can not do free shipping to any foreign country because international postage rates are too high. If you wish, I could increase the GIN to cover international shipping and eliminate the exact shipping charge. Would that be acceptable?

No, that is not correct. You said that should increase the GIN in exchange for free shipping to India. I increased the GIN to 7000 credits and made the shipping free to foreign countries.
You can not now ignore the GIN and place a regular bid on this item. You can still use the GIN now to win the item, but I will not send the item if you bid only 3000 credits. Shipping to India is too expensive. I see that you are new to Listia. Perhaps you did not understand the transaction.
