Hi trp76262, it is not fleece, it's 45 % acrylic, 25% wool, and 25% polyester, and 5% 'other'. Sleeves are 17 inches shoulder to shoulder (measured on the outside of garment) and 23 inches sleeve length. The sleeves are cuffed with one stitch so they will stay cuffed. I imagine that could be cut. Any other questions, please feel free to holler at me!

Is the material fleece?? I'm interested. Any measurements i.e. length of sleeves, jacket, across the shoulders and bust?? TY Definitely watching.
