The listing, Old Aluminum Single Serve Egg Poaching Pans has ended.
These are two old aluminum single serve egg poaching pans. I have not found any markings on either of them to help me indicate a manufacturer. Very light weight. I put a #1 & a #2 in the pictures to help separate their descriptions.
#1 is 4 inches in diameter and 1 ½ inches tall. The handle is 4 inches long and attached with 2 bolts. All the parts seem to be in really good shape. No rust, but it could use a cleaning and polishing. The lid has a few dings & dents, but it can be worked back into shape very easily. Put all together, it is slightly heavier than an empty aluminum pop can.
#2 is also 4 inches in diameter and 1 ¾ inches tall. The handle is almost 5 inches long and is attached with 3 bolts. There looks to be a little rust where the handle attaches to the pan (or it could be dirt, not sure). The base has a few dings and the handle has some discoloration. The lid also has a few dings and is slightly off, but can easily be bent back in shape. This one is a little bit heavier than the first one. I’m not 100% sure if the lid is its original one or not.
I tried to do some research by going through pictures on the internet concerning old egg poaching pans, but I didn’t find any that resembled these completely. You are always welcome to do your own research and post what you find out in the comments. Also, if you recognize these and have some information on them, please share it. It will be greatly appreciated.
I don’t think I have ever had a poached egg in my life lol. But if you like poached eggs then these are for you.
