The guy who's asking about shipping to Puerto Rico is who I've shipped a shirt to. I live in New York, it's only 5.70 not 13.00 and Puerto Rico is part of the United States. It's just an outerlaying island like Hawaii.

I'm telling you cause I know. I've been using Listia since June of last year. I've shipped 7 things to Puerto Rico from upstate New York. If you use a Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope, it'll only cost you $5.70. The only time it'll cost more, is if you're using Priority Express which is overnight shipping. That cost $18.
