This STUNNING pinwheel brooch has a goldtone mounting that gives the illusion that it's spinning. A vintage piece from PHYLLIS in 1/20 12kt gold filled. It IS marked on the back. Focal point is a white and pink rhinestone flower with pink teardrop shaped pink stones swirling around the extreme outside edge. VERY NICE and I know the winner will be very pleased. About 1 3/4 inches. My photos doe not do this lovely piece justice.
