Does have very very little fuzzing on satin underarm and end of ties, as u can see in pics, not noticeable. This dress is in good used condition and would make any girl feel like a princess. Measurements are front, lying flat, underarm to underarm 16" x 2= 32" Empire waist same Length 31" from top of strap to hem. Any questions, ask, no buyer's remorse.
