I ship these kinds of items with tracking numbers and in proper packaging. Average shipping cost is $5.80. I have paid out $30 in shipping charges in less than a week and can't keep that up. So keep in mind the value of this item and my high feedback. I am asking for $4 in shipping charges which is less than what shipping actually costs. I will pay the rest out of pocket.
