This is a black cotton blend strapless halter dress in size 9 juniors by MisChievous. There is a zipper closure, the straps are at the neckline- can wear strapless or wear tied for halter look, shirred bust (though you can't see it in the picture), the bottom is not hemmed, comes with a ribbon sash- black and gold (please note the shells are not included). This is a new dress that I got in a swap but did not wear, because it doesn't look good on me, for my body shape (size 8 top, size 2/4 bottoms- reverse triangle shape); would be best suited for other shapes, but not me- need fitted dresses, or it tends to look tent-like on me. It's a nice dress- wear on vacation, or for date night, or even to the beach, over your swimsuit, as a coverup. It's pretty short- knee length on me (I'm petite- 5 feet).
