As the seller states, it's just a "commemorative" and has no actual physical or online monetary value! 1 real bitcoin has an approx. value of over US $400 ! But bitcoins are virtual currencies, not real ones. Even if there are stores that can accept it, you'd have to do it as an online transaction.
