This is brand new in package a 8 inch Chef Knife with Honing Knife . This has never been out of plastic . These are really nice for chopping , dicing veggies etc . The unique case keeps the blade aligined for optimal performance . I always use tracking # on all of my auctions .

wish the pictures were clearer. By Honing case is that like a sharpener that the knife fits in and every time you pull it out it sharpens it? Thanks. F&W.

Sorry I tried to get good pictures . On the package that has a unique case includes ceramic honing rods within the locking mechanism Honing routinely precisely aligns the edges of the knife blade for optimal performance .
