i is for not sending an item as fast as winner wanted. so when person open case on me before the 7th day, i decided to just refund credits.

2cd one, i had a personal problem & asked person if they would give me the chance to make it up & send other items with what she won, she also opened a case after i messaged the person.

no excuse, just thought id share.
