6mm Trillion Gems back set in Sterling Silver Stud Earrings. A matched set of fine clear Documented Gems I have set myself. These have a perfect balance of color of the pink and orange, an apricot. There is plenty of room below these gems in their settings for them to pick up light and sparkle on your ear. With the back set mounts I've used, there will be less moments of catching hair, comb or clothing on these. The edges are protected by the metal, so harder gems in your jewelry box can not damage these. Just keep them in the zip lock baggie (with anti tarnish strip) they come in, and not need to polish them before wearing. simply rinse and dry before storage each time.

thank you for the kind words. These were fairly simple to do. Try it your self, JTV.com (Jewelry Television) Mountings, ready set or snap set castings, then get the needed gems also there, or wait for me to put up some.

Yes if the gems are calibrated and fit. Have you seen the junk coming out of Africa lately? They passed a law there, collectively, that any gems mined there, must be cut there, no more rough gems to be sold or exported. Now since they had few trained lapidary professionals, most gems must be recut at another lab before you can use them in your designs or manufacture, incurring additional cost, time, loss of gem size after you've paid for 3 and get 1.5 out of it. I am assuming this goes for the diamond mines also, held previously by DeBere's.

Yes, I have...however when you have laws like this it's to be expected. Africa isn't the only one, Brazil is becoming this way also. So you end up being a little more careful in what you purchase. It all isn't junk, you can get lucky and get a really good stone.
