Little girls size 3 dark blue velvet dress. Dress is in good condition with no stains. The collar is s satiny type material with lace trim on it. The skirt is pleated at the bodice an is decorated with red flowers with green leaves. The sleeves are trimmed with lacey matching that on the collar. This is a real cute dress. Made by Baby Tags.
