NEW in box, Box isn't in the best condition but the figures iare completely undamaged.
I will answer all questions the best I can but most items are bought from storage units so I don't know the back history, Sorry for any inconvenience.
My step dad buy storage units. Some items are in better shape than other, for this reason I ask you look at the photos VERY carefully as I do not refund for misreading and auction.

Honestly I'm not sure, they are collector series not regular toys so I don't think Wal-Mart would sell them. I got a bunch of things from my step dad these, cabbage patch kids, cards, etc that he got from an old collector. He brought them, said sell them and that's all I know about them sorry! :/
