I don't know, I just read their FAQ and it says retracting bids is not allowed. I don't have the option to cancel your bid either. You should e-mail them and see if they can help you since you are a new user, perhaps they have a way of doing it from their end.

I would not have that option actually; you would have to file a dispute in order to get your credits back. Sellers cannot refund credits themselves, it has to be via buyer dispute. I'm sorry also and hope you are outbid.
