14 in long and 6 in tall:-) Also I added 2 pics for you, there is no middle pocket but there are two main zipper pockets divided in half with an inside and outter back zipper pocket plus a cell phone pocket:-) and on the sides there are cutesy little studded side pouches, hope that helped!
