(Just after WW1) when things for ladies were beginning to change--The rode in cars, wore pants and rode on horses, and here they are in an open top plane!! yes, the women were using lipstick, had their hair bobbed, smoked(!) and did the Charleston in the 1920s. So maybe the men writers on this song were wondering what it would be like getting them "up in the air" Ha Ha!! CUTE TUNE! CUTE TITLE and a WONDERFUL poster-like cover. This sheet has everything!!
