How large is the pendant and on the left hand side are there stones missing or duscolored?

Measures 4 inches down by 2 across. I did just notice after careful inspection that this necklace is missing two stones on the left side as you look at the pendant. I was unaware of the stones missing from this piece when listed. It is still worth what current bids are going for. But I recommend only doing Gin if you want to replace the stones.
