Fanned back. Yes, I will combine shipping anywhere. It shouldn't be too much, mostly it is the bulky envelopes which put it to the $6.00 dollar range. I've learned to pack safe without the "bulk" so I've been around $2.50. Depending on how much is won, I'll find out the cheapest way.
