This is a Brand New sealed in the package Ancient Mew! This package includes the Ancient Mew info card + the full holo Ancient Mew. Ive included pictures of an Ancient Mew outside of the package so you can see the front of the card, but note that this is an auction for just the sealed in the package card. This is the promo handed out at movie theaters to those who went to see the first pokemon movie!

Not a problem! Listia verifies addresses so all youll have to do is press have it shipped then click on your address when it pops up. So to verify your address youll have to go to the full website and go to your page and there should be a link on the left side of the page. Let me know if you find it :)
