Moderator Lucas. If you look at my previous auctions I always have color photos. but you have a major major issue with your mobile app. EVERY TIME I relist with the mobile app I have an issue. It either deletes the picture or changes the order of the photos. I can't wait until I get home to relist as if I am at work that can be 8-10 hours and I do not want my items to go unlisted. I have submitted a support ticket but does anyone work in the web support area. I list with GIN and you are fast to deduct my GIN credits but I wish they were as fast to fixing problems I follow all of the Listia rules. But when your software has a bug or deletes my pictures I get so tired of see the messages from Listia. I have to list and go back in and relst the item. Or I have to carry around photos of the listing in my phone so when Listia deletes my photos again and again I have to upload the photos. I have 225 LISTIA photos in my phone for this very reason. Please forward this or you should try it and then relist and see what happens. When I relist I wait until my photo loads then I click relist. But when I relist and it deletes the photos and I am not home you have to wait until I get home to upload the photos again. So as you have your standard template remark. I will keep this as my standard template remark as it happens again I will copy and paste. Please have someone check into this issue. If a seller hits relist it should TAKE ALL OF THE PHOTOS AND THE LISTING AND RELIST. The seller should not have to upload the same photos again and again.

In order to have better results with this auction, please add more details regarding your item. Your auction is missing a description or picture. These two things will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. We also highly recommend that you include pictures of the actual item that is being auctioned, (not just use stock photos from the manufacturer). For higher valued items, please include a notecard or piece of paper with your Listia username in one of the pictures of the actual item. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders will ask, and most importantly, you`ll get the best results with your auction.

Please send your email to your support dept. Whenever I relist with my mobile phone it deletes the pictures or doesn't relist the original listing. I always list with photos, but your mobile app needs work. I am so tired of getting this when I relist an item with the mobile app. please have them check into this issue.

thank you. others have also said this happens to them. i get tired of them sending the same canned message. instead of reading my message they never reply instead i get a message i need to add photos.
