Hi, all those beads are actually Howlite. The pink, blue & purple ones have been dyed. None of those are real turquoise. This is what they do these days, they use Howlite & call it turquoise. If they are not howlite, they are man made. I specialize in gemstones & have been doing that for years now. So I know 100% sure, they are not turquoise. Thanks, Zen.

Zen is correct. Many people do use Howlite and other forms of Imitation Turquoise in jewelry, so it can be used to make something beautiful, but you might want to note that ..just to protect yourself...thanks

Those are howlite beads. That doesn't mean they are not pretty. Just advertise them as what they are. Howlite is a white stone with black veins. It takes dye very easily, so people dye them different bright colors like, purple, blue, green and other colors that don't occur naturally. And often, turquoise. Sometimes people sell them as turquoise and that is very deceptive and wrong. The first clue is the bright colors. And the second is the veins are a completely different substance than those in turquoise. This isn't meant to put you down, just to inform you about what you have. Dyed howlite is still a semi precious stone and not a whole lot less expensive than turquoise. Advertise it as such and you will not be accused of trying to con people.

It's too bad that you think those people giving you more information on the listing are attacking you. It seems they are trying to help, some in nicer ways than others, but the fact is if these stones are won and prove to not be turquoise, you may have issues on your hands that you wouldn't have if you took heed of what some are saying above. Did you ask the seller for a country of origin? That might be your first clue that they are not turquoise, depending on where the stones are from. Chinese turquoise and other countries such as most other Asian countries market howlite as "chinese turquoise" when in fact it is dyed howlite. Most turquoise is stabilized and dyed even in the US. Getting real turquoise take a lot of investigation and lots and lots of questions. Just trying to help.

Thanks everyone for attacking me because of a silly bead that I bought and now I'm sharing and I called it the real deal may before accusing and jumping into assumption you should be a little curtesy and inbox me rather than attack someones auction for no reason.

I made it very clear that I don't have to rip anyone off. I don't believe in it and like I said before the company stated these are real tourquise. I only know what I have seen and asked thank you for your help.
