It features a tiny light, powder, baby blue 'rose' (was once a living flower) suspended in liquid in a glass vial that has been sealed for eternity... It is on an bright silver chain that is 24 inches long that is adorned with genuine light blue jade and AB faceted crystals...

Metals used are silver / silver plate / stainless steel / Tibetan silver...

No this is a necklace BUT basically ANY swinging, suspended item can be used as a pendulum :)
