Description

The listing, Griffin ITrip in perfect condition has ended.

I have this GRIFFIN Itrip transmitter (This unit allows you to transmit your music from your IPOD to any AM/FM unit through an specific frequency in your AM/FM unit, In case you did not know); I used to use this unit with my Ipod but I don't have the ipod any longer so I don't have a use for it anymore. This unit is functional, I tested before posting it. it has a few scratches due to wear and tear but nothing major and it is in a great condition.

I am cleaning out my garage due to "wife" reasons and I found this unit there. Please ask before you bid, this item is FREE SHIPPING

Please review the following link for compatibility; this case will work for 4g, Photo and 5g for sure; I am not sure if 3g fits since it is wider

No adapter cord whatsoever! You just plug it into the bottom port of your IPOD and voila!! just match the frequency on the ITRIP with the frequency on the FM receiver and you are now listening your ipod library on your receiver!

Does this need to be plugged into anything to work (other than the ipod?) or does it work on batteries?

nop, just plug it to the bottom end of your ipod (where u usually plug the power adapter/usb) and it powers from the ipod! No batteries, no charger, nothing. then you select the frequency where you want to broadcast and match it on your receiver and voila!! you have your ipod music gallery on your radio.

So it's like, I put it on 740 am and the same on the ipod and it'll play from my ipod? Cool.

Well, I am not sure it if works on AM but it does on FM for sure; yes, you put 88.3 on your receiver and then set it up on the ITRIP and voila! you got your ipod music on your receiver/car stereo/amplifier or anything with AM/FM capabilities.
