I don't mean to be dumb but exactly what does silver tone mean. It looks gold colored, which is what I need. The length is perfect. Does the "Faith" slide off? I just need a long chain.

For some reason it does look like gold but it is not. It is silver colored and not real silver. The FAITH does not slide off as it is one continuous chain. Hope this helps you out.
