I honestly have never used it. I got it at an estate sale. I am assuming it works correctly. I can not guarantee it though. It is not 'broken' if that helps.

That is amazing! I probably wouldn't use it - A.) Because I can't cook B.) Because maybe it's fragile and C.) because maybe the thermometer has Mercury in it, LOL!!! However, it would be awesome shadowboxed with some vintage fabric behind it, or a kitchen themed vintage ad! I MUST bid on this! F&B
